AlineFit Supplements - Returns Policy
At AlineFit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This period starts the day after the products are delivered to you (or someone nominated by you).
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please notify us in writing via email at alinefit.uk@gmail.com or by completing the cancellation form on our website. You must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day cancellation period expires.
Returning Products
- Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
- Any products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, due to health and hygiene reasons.
- You will need to cover the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Please ensure the products are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product(s) and confirm their condition, we will issue a full refund, including the original delivery cost (if applicable). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow for the bank’s processing time for the funds to reach your account.
Exceptions
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used after delivery, such as supplements or other sealed items for health protection and hygiene reasons.
- Products that are customised or made to your specifications.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at alinefit.uk@gmail.com, and we will arrange a return at no cost to you.
